About Us The work of the lobsterman is a very special part of coastal life in Maine, but few people have seen what it’s really all about because it happens at sea. One of Chris’ favorite things about being a lobsterman is taking people out on the boat--- he never tires of seeing their faces light up when a trap full of crabs and lobsters comes out of the water. Filmmaker Tim Tonner entered the picture in the summer of 2002, working with Chris for two long years to finally bring lobstering to life on film! In an age of violent video games and mindless cartoons, the staff of Barking Lobster Entertainment strives to create quality, meaningful childrens’ films that both entertain and inform. We hope you have as much fun watching them as we do making them!
