When can I start using my stroller or trailer? You should wait until your child is about 6-8 weeks old before using your stroller, and six months old before using your trailer. Please limit your use to flat, smooth terrain. Use neck support and the infant insert until your child has adequate neck strength. As every child develops differently, you may want to consult your Pediatrician. How much weight will my stroller or trailer hold? Our single seat strollers hold up to 80 pounds, and are designed to carry only one child. Dittos and trailers hold two children weighing up to 100 lbs. You may put up to 12 lbs. in the storage areas. How safe is my stroller or trailer? Very safe. It is equipped with safety features to protect your child. Strollers include a wrist strap, 5-point harness, and locking hand and foot brake. The trailers include 5-point harness, strap parking brake, wrist strap, and protective frame. Is it safe to hang anything on my stroller? Absolutely not. Never hang bags or other items from any part of your stroller. The stroller could tip, which could cause injury to your child. Use the storage areas provided on your unit. What if I break the stroller? No problem. Either take it back to the dealer or call 800.278.9626 for assistance. What if I am 6'4" and my wife is 5'2"? The single stroller's handle height is adjustable. It can be set at any height between 35 1/2" and 43". The double stroller handle is not adjustable. It is 40" high. We have found that to be a good average height to fit most people. Can I use a car seat with my stroller? Items such as car seats or child carriers from other manufacturers will cause your stroller to become unstable. We do not recommend this; it is not safe. Can I roller blade with my stroller? We do not recommend this; it is too easy to lose control and possibly harm your child. Reminders: Always use your safety wrist strap any time a child is in the stroller. Never leave your child unattended. Never overload the stroller. Overloading it may cause the stroller to become unstable and tip over. Do not allow your child to stand in the stroller.
