A couple simple guidelinges though...
Feb 09 NOTE:The site must not be selling off due to going out of business. There are several companies doing this right now and they are not telling their customers. We caution anyone buying from a site that will no longer exist in 3-6 mo as your warranty may have no support. If you see a huge price break queston it.
Simply send us their price and a link(if possible).
Do you have a backorder?
Backorders/preorders. We ship same day when possible once the shipments arrive.
Please know backorders/preorders are subject to the manufacturers stock lists and availability dates. Changes to these dates are beyond our control.
We have seen delays this winter with City Selects and second seats(mainly Onyx) and some Gdiaper delys that were fixed once we planned ahead for their 2 week turn around of orders. Select delays were well beyond our control and were issues across the board for all retailers in the North America. At any given time we had have over 70 additional on order vs what is preordered. As much as we tried we simply were not seeing the strollers arriving as the reports showed. These delays in production appear to have lessoned with Ruby and Diamond strollers in stock daily. Onyx is expected to be caught up by Mid July.

We want to speak with you. If you land in VM hang up and call back in 10 minutes. This will allow us the fastest reply to your preorder questions.
